To get admission, I think attending a lecture of environmental protection and going out for campaign to protect the environment can be a condition. In this way, people can know that how important environmental protection is and what the current situation is. If it doesn’t end with a lecture, but actually leads to a campaign, then people know how to take action. This will lead to people actively protecting the environment in later.
